Our fantastic instructors take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you"ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective! Super fun!

Boxing for Fitness (THUMP Boxing) takes the principles of professional boxing, kickboxing and functional fitness training to form a unique training system. THUMP Boxing steers away from the concept of competitive fighting. Thump Boxing is a high intensityhigh impact all over body work out. Utilising boxing drills and proper boxing techniques, Thump Boxing delivers training for a knockout workout.This type of training can help participants achieve their desired results.

Argentine Tango

Argentina Tango

Argentina Tango is a progressive social partner dance characterized by a close hold, a low center of gravity, and an emphasis on contra body movement. The couples move around the floor in a counterclockwise direction. Unlike Ballroom Tango, Argentine Tango is an improvisational form, and the hold is more of an embrace, with the couples’ upper bodies close and the legs far apart.

Dance cardio requires almost continuous movement, which tends to keep the heart rate up. A good cardio routine will also utilize a variety of intensities, because a fluctuating, yet high, heart rate often burns more fat than exercise performed at a constant heart rate.
Latino cardio, with its unique blend of dances and moves, will challenge a body to never become complacent at one level of exertion. Another positive benefit of this exercise may be an increased metabolism.

Latin Dance

Latin Technique

Originated in Latin America, it is also called Latin American Dance or International Latin. 

It comprises the following five dances: Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble and Jive. Compared to typical ballroom dances, Latin dances are generally faster-paced, more sensual with more rhythmic expression. Time is 4/4 straight rhythm or related. Music may be Latin American traditional or contemporary popular music.

Ballroom Dance (Technique) class leads you through the music using step-patterns and rhythms that match the character and mood of a given song. You are constantly moving on the dance floor, smoothly transitioning from pattern to pattern and developing your dance to a deep, rich and beautiful context.
